Hans Aagard has been thinking about media a lot longer than he’s been writing about it. He’s a husband, dad, concerned citizen, and fan of 90’s alternative music, despite his best efforts. He has a PhD in Learning Design and Technology at Purdue University focusing on humor in video. He has a Masters from Purdue in Educational Technology. He’s studied and presented on social media in the classroom, instructional design, humor, teaching skills, and media and is currently focused on intelligent media consumption (and use). He’s the host of a podcast about media called Media Said So. He’s also always open to ideas and suggestions for blog posts, and criticism. Email him at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you’re looking for his instructional design experience or portfolio, please check out his instructional design portfolio. He’s open to consultant/contract jobs and other interesting instructional design, technology, or media opportunities.
